It can be searched through generic names and you can find a drug name that contains chemical you are after.Though the most expensive way fo getting chemicals but the way to get purest chemicals.(If one wants to cook drugs ;) ).
Gods may find some more useful rare precursors.
I got my PETN(8 grms. good enough to make 4 detonators though opening lots of capsules is not an enjoyable job ) through this.One can get ETN as well.Being most expensive way and one doesn't get the thrill of Synthasising his explosives, but may come handy if you want to do something GOOD(I don't want to do something GOOD but for those who want to ;)).

thrall great website well done, but i'm puzzled, how did you mangae to get petn? As all the the stated drugs containg a Pentaerythritol Tetranitrate require a prescription to obtain them and did the petn need any further refining before use?

Yes, prescription drugs may be a problem.Yet I have a friend of mine who runs a medical shop ;).
I don't remember exactly but what I used were the capsules that contained the powder.Right now I'm away from my place anyway if onr uses tablets PETN can be taken out by crushing and churning the tablets in acetone and then throw it in cold water? Or so I suppose.
Yet IF someone has access to the pharmacy drugs(non prescription and prescription) then apprently one can get a lot of chemicals.I started searching after I got idea from one of the replies in PE procurement that in France it comes in a luxative so I started searching and found this.
There are surprising things like straight PETN,ETN,haxamine(search mathanamine) and other explosive precursers(explosives).

There's so many ways to get precursors like hexamine (that's the way we spell it) or methenamine that it hurts to even think of buying them in the form of prescription drugs! If I bought prescription drugs it certainly wouldn't be precursors for explosives because they are so expensive. Better invest some more time into a search and find out where to get your precursors for a fraction of the price you would need to pay.

I'll close this thread now because even if this method was practical it still wouldn't work for most people since they don't have acquaintance in medical shops.

If someone thinks otherwise he's free to re-open it.
