I was wondering if anyone knows how to make drop pops. They are some granules wrapped in tissue paper and when you throw them down on the ground the make a high pitched noise. There called noisemakers at the end of Big Daddy (the movie with Adam Sandler). I know they are pretty lamo but if anyone could tell me how to make them it would be appreciated.
