I finally got around to taking some pictures of my water aspirator station, all is is is a water aspirator connected to a spa pump and set up so that the water is recirculated giving me moe water pressure and flow than I normally would with the household water supply. This setup is fine for vacuum distilling HNO3. Note the long length of PE tubing, this is to ensure that water dosen't get sucked back through the system. Even though my aspirator has a reverse flow stopper water still can seep into the system very slowly.

The second pipe is a bypass, it allows some water to bypass the aspirator and go straingt back to the tank. I've found that I don't really need this and I usually have it turned off, I may use it for a future lab accessory if I really need it such as a water powered magnetic stirrer. the links to the pics are below:
