Lolcow

Lolcow (LOLFile:Wikipedia's W.svg + "cow") (not to be confused with The Laughing CowFile:Wikipedia's W.svg), is a derogatory slang term used to describe an eccentric individual with an internet presence who is deemed highly exploitable and therefore susceptible to online trolling ("milked for laughs" hence a cow), especially due to their gullible display of online behaviour (don't feed the troll). Communities of harassers such as Kiwi Farms often digitally stalk, dox and discuss lolcow victims at their expense. The harassers are fascinated by the abnormality of their victims' personal lives, including beliefs, sexuality and/or behaviours. Many "lolcows" have a mental disability (like with those with autism) or have extreme social and political views, such as so-called SJW, MRA or feminist beliefs. Because of this, the communities that are obsessed with "lolcows" tend to be right-wing leaning.

This page contains too many unsourced statements and needs to be improved.

Lolcow could use some help. Please research the article's assertions. Whatever is credible should be sourced, and what is not should be removed.

There is sometimes an odd self-reflexivity to Lolcow sites because being obsessed with a specific Lolcow can in itself be grounds for being labeled a Lolcow. Doesn't running a Lolcow website sound like one might be obsessed with Lolcows oneself?
