Career

Hailing from North Montana, Molen grew up in North Hollywood and worked his way up through the studio system from a production van driver to the Head of Production at Steven Spielberg's Amblin Entertainment, where he produced classics Schindler's List and Jurassic Park, as well as unequivocal masterpieces of modern cinema like The Flintstones Movie. After going into semi-retirement in the early 2000s, presumably because Spielberg had started to pick up on his colleague's wingnut tendencies, he became a full-on crank, producing Dinesh D'Souza's schlockumentary, 2016: Obama's America; a film that alleges that Barack "HUSSEIN" Obama is an anti-colonial Pinko commie Marxist out to transform the United States into a Third World country. After D'Souza was sent to jail on unrelated campaign finance fraud charges, both he and D'Souza himself publicly alleged that the latter had been framed by Obama as revenge for his schlockumentary, even before this trial was finished.[1] In the same letter posted on his website, Molen also vocalized support for the Tea Party movement.

He produced D'Souza's subsequent follow-up films; America: Imagine the World Without Her (which would like to have you think America not only invented democracy, but also that Native American genocide is the biggest hoax since climate change) and Hillary's America: A Secret History of the Democratic Party (a film filled with such shocking revelations like the KKK having been founded by Democrats, a fact one can easily find in any public middle school history textbook).

Personal life

Unsurprisingly, Molen aligns himself with that particular arch-conservative branch of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, the same place Glenn Beck hails from. Sadly, Beck has yet to produce a Best Picture Oscar winner, or run a successful media empire for that matter.
