Java Edition:Sculk Shrieker (Item)
From 22w11a to 22w12a, the Sculk Shrieker item was made intentionally unobtainable.[1] The item was obtainable in the first 1.19 experimental snapshot, and was recontinued soon after in 22w13a.
Obtaining
In Deep Dark Experimental Snapshot 1, the sculk shrieker item would drop when the block was mined with a tool enchanted with silk touch. The sculk shrieker block generates in the Deep Dark biome, as well as inside ancient city structures. This drop was removed in 22w11a (1.19 snapshot) so that the sculk shrieker block never drops an item. This change was reverted so that the sculk shrieker once again drops when mined with a silk touch tool in 22w13a.
