Java Edition:Piglin with High Speed Attribute

These piglins are faster (10 m/s) than their current counterparts(5 5/39 m/s for regular piglin)[test], they could even outrun a running player[1]. These piglins spawned in bastion remnants between 20w16a and 20w17a. However, they were only fast in bastion remnants, as piglins which spawned in nether wastes/crimson forests had regular speed. Piglin's from bastion remnants had a movement speed of 0.5 and piglin's from nether wastes/crimson forests had a movement speed of 0.3499999940395355.
