Java Edition:Phantom with High Attack Damage Attribute
When originally introduced, Phantoms had a generic.attackDamage stat of 6, however this was later lowered to 2, making any Phantoms with the higher stat discontinued.[1]
Obtaining
To obtain a high damage Phantom, one only needs to let Phantoms spawn in a world from 18w07a to 19w07a, from which they can be updated out while keeping the stat.
Behavior
High damage Phantoms do 4 more damage than regular Phantoms, and so may be harder to manage, but do not behave differently in any other aspect.
