Java Edition:Levitation Effect

Levitation is normally given by shulker bullets, but due to a bug in 1.13-pre5[1] and another in 19w03a (a 1.14 snapshot),[2] Shulker bullets shot by shulkers would instantly explode, making it impossible to obtain levitation effect.

Being hit by a shulker's bullet gives the Levitation effect.
