Java Edition:Leaf Litter on Non-Full Block
When leaf litter was introduced in 25w02a, its placement was limited to dirt-like blocks. Since 25w06a, it could be placed on any block that provides central support on the top face, such as iron bars or fences. In 25w09a, the placement changed to requiring full-block support.
Obtaining
From 25w06a to 25w08a (1.21.5 snapshots), if one placed leaf litter on non-full block with central support, it will remain unless updated. The full list of blocks that leaf litter could be placed on:
- Fence (any type),
- Fence Gate (any type),
- Wall (any type),
- Glass Pane (any color),
- Iron Bar,
- Chain,
- End Rod,
- Lightning Rod,
- Anvil (any stage),
- Grindstone,
- Decorated Pot,
- Bell,
- Wall Hanging Sign,
- Ender Dragon Egg.
