My name is Cassidy and I am a third-year student at the University of Colorado Denver. I am majoring in biology with a minor in biochemistry on the pre-med track in hopes of going on to pursue my MD at a top medical school. I hope to then complete my residency in either plastic surgery, radiology, or cardiology. I possess many highly-developed skills relating to leadership, organization, creativity, and adaptability. I have been able to showcase these skills through my experience in medical research and volunteer work in the emergency department.
I have never attempted to fix anything electronic, but I am quite savvy when it comes to repairing my clothes, jewelry, and various other accessories. Since I am taking on the role of project manager, I will be able to further develop my leadership, teamwork, communication, and empathy skills as these factors are vital in creating a successful team. This will be very useful to me seeing as my future career path certainly calls for these skills to be solidified.
In my free time, I enjoy hiking, snowboarding, working out, and traveling around the world. I also love creating art, playing/listening to music, attending concerts, and studying fashion.
