I currently go to the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and I am studying Biomedical Engineering. The reason I choose this major is because I love to help people but I can get a little nervous and shy when talking to people in person; I like to move behind the scenes.
As a biomedical engineering student currently pursuing my degree, I am highly motivated to utilize my passion for innovation and technology to make a positive impact in the field of healthcare. Throughout my academic career, I have developed a strong foundation in both engineering and life sciences, which has enabled me to better understand the complexities of biological systems and develop novel solutions to address clinical challenges.
I have put in a couple years of studying in labs in schools learning things like bacterial duplication, genetic mutation, drug delivery and more. I have also become quite proficient in different techniques that involve those subjects. Along side that, I am very proud of Khmer being my first language, it has given me the ability to help and teach other English second language kids learn everything they need to know in labs.
