I started my career in electricity / electronics at age 8. Plugging two bobby pins into a 120VAC receptacle really does light you up.
I was in TV repair for many years, general electronics repair for most of my life. I don't take "it can't be fixed" as an answer. I've been able fix the vast majority of whatever my hands land on.
I also love to prototype proof of concept requests. I don't think outside the box because there are no boxes in the mind of an old 60's hippy.
