Coder since age 12 (1980s), able to turn my hand to most tasks and been interested in electronics for many years but had not really engaged until I had the chance to volunteer at my local repair café. Volunteering has grown my confidence and my knowledge, it spurs you on to research issues and understand more about the products that are presented for repair.
