I am technician with lots of experience with Apple computers, but I also excel with PC's. I've got some knowledge in the HVAC field, which gives me some basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general carpentry. If I ask you basic questions, please do not be offended, this is me trying to help you troubleshoot your issues. Sometimes even the best techs miss the simple solutions and it takes another ones eyes to see it.

I am Shmajay, and I am here to help! I am a great source of knowledge when it comes to most computer related issues and some home mechanical needs. I've been in the tech field for over a decade and before that I spent time tinkering in furnaces and air conditioners. HVAC teaches you a lot about plumbing, electrical, troubleshooting, and general carpentry, as it involves each of those. There are still a lot of things that I am willing to learn, and this community is going to be a great learning experience.

I like to ask a lot of questions, this is so I can do my best help you figure out your problems. But I will also ask them to help you learn something too. I may also ask some very simple questions, please understand that I do not know your level of experience, and I am not insulting your intelligence. As a tech myself I know that there are times where even we miss some of the simple solutions, and asking questions helps us reduce missing them.
