Thanks for this video, is really helpful. One question where can i buy a used motherboard, in my motherboard is broken the rear camera, the rear camera and flash is not turning on.... for sure is a hardware issue ... ether i would need to fix the motherboard ether to replace with a used one .... no idea ....

What is the thing on the back cover around the camera hole? Is it the NFC?

Yes that is the NFC sensor

I am looking for a NFC sensor alone to glue to my new back case. I could not salvage the one from the old case.

I’ve completely ripped the power button ribbon cable trying to remove it like in the video (adhesive felt considerably stronger than what the video looked like) and my phone power button miraculously still worked. I simply tried to fold it over and use the pieces that were exposed to make contact and somehow it still works. It probbaly won’t be for long, but it’s something! Thanks for the video!

Where can I get the T2 torx screws? Mines are bad now. Also a decent screen replacement?

OnePlus 3 Corning gorilla Glass 4 It is possible to change.

Change while screen is much easier. But changing the glasses is possible with tools and skills.
