The face needs to come off! It's easy to do without bending the face, Using the plastic pics and I had to clear out the adhesive underneath.

The next step, removing the lens cover...have fun with this!

Victory!! After the lens cover; just unscrew everything, and unplug what's needed until you get to the point where you want to stop!
