Introduction
This guide is a prerequisite for most other repair or replacement guides for the Samsung Notebook 5 NP530E5M. If you need to replace a component in the computer, you will need to take the back panel off. Taking this off will expose all the components inside the computer that keeps the computer running properly.
Please note: The screw holding the "memory" door is not required to be removed in order to remove the back panel. Also, the door labeled "HDD" has two screws that are required to remove to take the panel off.

Flip the laptop over to access the bottom case.

Using a Phillips #000 screwdriver, remove the ten 6mm screws that secure the bottom case.
