Introduction

If the blade on your Worn Drive Saw suddenly stops, makes improper cuts, or you experience kickback, the blade is faulty or is misaligned. Use this guide to remove or realign the blade. You just need a H-6 mm Allen Key, in order to remove one type of screw in the replacement process.

    • Place the Worm Drive Saw on a sturdy surface.

    • The blade is located within its upper blade guard and lower swing guard assembly.

    • Using a H-6 mm Allen Key, remove the 3/8 - 16 UNC LH screw, washer, and outer blade washer that fixes the blade in place.

    • In order to unscrew this, you must turn the screw clockwise to loosen it.

    • Adjust the lower swing guard to properly grab the blade.
