Introduction

This guide demonstrates how to replace the rubber feet on your NuWave Brio 37001. No tools will be necessary for this guide.

The NuWave Brio 37001 has four rubber feet, located on the bottom of the device. These keep the device stable as it rests on any utilized surface. Over time, these feet may fall out, wear down, or otherwise become damaged so as to require replacement. Here's how to do so.

Make sure you visit the troubleshooting page before following this guide. There could be issues other than the heating plate that need fixing.

    • Unplug your NuWave appliance and ensure it has not been used within the last 20 minutes so that it is properly cooled down. Following this guide with an appliance that is still hot or powered on may result in injury.

    • Remove the basket, and flip the air fryer upside down so its feet are accessible.

    • Using gentle force, pull out the damaged leg or legs.

    • If you are unsure which leg or legs need replacement, try flipping the air fryer back over again. If the legs are uneven, the air fryer will rock diagonally. The bad leg is one of the two corners that go up and down when it rocks.

    • If you still have the original packaging, the air fryer may have come with a sachet of replacement feet.

Conclusion

If your Air Fryer is still unbalanced, identify the additional bad leg and repeat the process!
