Introduction

    • Unscrew 5 screws, which are partially hidden. Three screws are located under the rubber buffers and one in the battery compartment under the sticker (which should then be loosened beforehand).

    • You can simply push the blue trackball out of its holder. You should also do this occasionally and clean the opening.

    • After the screws are loosened, the housing can be easily removed. The space for the blue ball is made of its own piece of plastic. The circuit board is held in place with a few screws.

Had an issue where the left clicker was not working great anymore. Followed this guide to take it a part did a little blow out and some rubbing alcohol to for now restore it to the proper working condition! Thanks as I would have never found the screw under the battery sticker.

Hi, the middle click on my M570 was working really bad, sometimes works sometimes not.. but after open the mouse and apply isoprophilic alcohol with a soft brush in the middle switch (the square with red central button), it is working like a charm again.

mouse working again -

More than happy to find this manual, as I was asking official Logitech Support and no positive answer. I disconected the tape between teh upper and lower part - any tips how to reconect it?
I would also never find the fifth the screw under the battery sticker.

Thank you for the positive feedback. I have no idea which connection is missing. I suspect it might be related to the connection between the small circuit board that is screwed or attached on top of the main circuit board. Unfortunately, I can't provide any specific advice on that. I hope you manage to fix it. Maybe you can share here how you did it once it's done.
