Introduction

This guide will help you remove a key from the keyboard of your Logitech G910 Keyboard and replace it with a new one. You will need a key cap remover however it is not required but many might find it easier to use a key cap remover.

  1. CYQKSixgDEvFZjRg
    • Unplug the keyboards USB cord from the computer. This is to ensure it is powered off.

    • Make sure the keyboard is facing up towards you and on a level and sturdy surface.

  2. THkaSFCkSsiQ3Tyi
    • Gently use your fingers to remove the key caps from the keyboard by firmly grasping the key and pulling directly up.

    • Make sure the pins line up and it is facing the correct direction. Once you have done this, firmly push it in until you hear it click into place and works like normal again.

    • If the key cap doesn't push in all the way or won't pop back up from being pressed down then it is either in the wrong spot or oriented the wrong way. Pull it off, make sure no debris is blocking the pin hole and try putting it the correct way again.

This guide missing the part about the screw below the rubber feet on the bottom side of the keyboard.

I am sorry, but why did you wrote a tutorial and describe how to open up G910 (and lose the warranty along the way) just to take of the keyCAP?

Keycap can be removed in a matter of seconds with use of $0.99 keycap removal tool

It’s not just the Key Cap, you can remove the mechanical switch too. I have a busted G910 and I’ve been wanting to replace the switches for a while now.

dude same, I have a few broken switches on mine that I'm keeping held together with some wadded up paper. the 9 key is completely gone sadly.

Rofl, you don’t need to do steps 1-4, literally jusst do 5 if you are replacing the keycap lmao

I think step 3 and 4 are in the wrong order, you can’t get to the screws until you get that face-plate off

Brett Yoakum -

Exactly. How do you get the face plate off? It's seems to be glued or double sided trapped and is cheap plastic that cracks easier than an egg!

how do i repair the volume rotary key?

vbnico -

can i take off the plastic cover without screwing the screws?

vbnico -

this article is just to trick you into buying the tools required

Derek Ritchie -

what are the size of the screws? or where can i buy replacements?

Hugo Sanchez -

What is this? The manual isn’t finished! Delete or finish it!!! This is stupid!

Hi, is there a chance to replace what's underneath the key cap? It's probably sticky from juice spill
