Introduction

A motherboard is the main circuit board that connects and controls all other components of a device.     • Open the SIM port on the top right corner of the tablet.

    • Use the iFixit opening tool to disconnect the multicolor wire cables from the motherboard.

    • Disconnect the top of the orange ribbon cable from the motherboard.

    • Detach the front facing camera ribbon cable from the motherboard.

    • Remove the seven 2 mm screws using a Phillips #0 screwdriver.

    • Use the iFixit opening tool and pry up on the motherboard to remove it.
