Step 1

Use a TX10 screwdriver
Remove the housing screws on the rear of the device.
6 long screws
3 short screws

Step 2

Place the device with the white lid facing up.
Start to carefully lift the lid at the front of the suction nozzle. Slowly work your way up to the stem.
At the top of the stem, a small plastic part holds in the gray casing of the suction cup!

Step 3

Now you can lift the flap of the vacuum cleaner bag. This was only held by the white lid.

Step 4

Disconnect the power supply connector by pressing the unlocking lever.
Unplug the motherboard connector.
Put the cable aside

Step 5

Unlock and loosen the rotary switch plug.
Disconnect the white air hose from the intake manifold.
Release 2 plastic clips
Remove the wiring harness with the plastic holder.

Step 6

Remove the motor and main board assembly from the housing.
Remove the foam
Be careful not to fray the holes in the foam

Step 7

Stand the motor with the main circuit board upright .
Align the motor shaft by turning it so that the lamella of the speedometer is in the area of the orange square.
If the shaft is not properly aligned, there is a risk that the forked light barrier or the speedometer lamella can break. Focus on the images to understand the alignment

Step 8

Slightly push on the black plastic connector. The connector should come off easily
If the connector gets caught in the marked area, the motor shaft must be aligned as described in the previous step.

Step 9

Use a levering tool to loosen the clips on the motor mount.
Top part o the motor casing can now be removed
The motor should now be exposed and ready to be removed. Mark the position of the old motor in order to fit the new motor properly. This will avoid later issues with the motor electrical connector.

Conclusion

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.

Moin ! Ich habe das Problem das der Motor nach dem Tausch nur 5x klackert - er springt danach leider nicht mehr an. Hast du noch eine Idee?

Ich habe Motor + Platine getauscht.

Hallo, habe ebenfalls das "Summen und Klackern " nach dem Einschalten. Gibt es dazu vielleicht eine brauchbare Lösung? Im Elektronikforum beschreiben mehrere User dieses Symptom, wobei eine mögliche Abhilfe ein Austausch eines Eingangsspannungs Kondensator am Netzteil sein könnte?

Die Spannungsversorgung der Elektronik erfolgt über ein sog. Kondensatornetzteil, das heißt, ein Kondensator ist in Reihe mit der Netzspannung geschaltet und reduziert die Eingangsspannung für die Elektronik. Wenn dieser Kondensator Kapazität verliert, wird auch die Versorgungsspannung für die Elektronik zu niedrig.

habe ebenso das Summen und Klacken (auf Stufe drei gut hörbar). Der Motor scheint anlaufen zu wollen, es macht aber den Eindruck das er klemmt. Gibt es bereits eine Lösung? Vielen Dank euch

Staubsauger hat eine Pfütze im Haus aufgesaugt und danach machte dieser beim einschalten zwei krächzende geräusche und das war’s. Staubsauger auf und alles gut durch gewischt und vorsichtig gefönt, hat nichts gebracht. Danach habe ich habe eine neue Platine (kein Original) eingebaut und jetzt geht alles wider. Zum Glück war es nicht der Motor :-)))
