    • Use an 8 mm hex wrench to remove both of the plugs from the unloader.

    • Be very careful not to strip the hex openings on the plugs. These are held in with red thread locker and may be very difficult to remove.

    • It may help to rotate the unloader for easier access to each plug.

    • The replacement unloader may have plugs already installed in the wrong holes. During reassembly, note where the plugs are supposed to go and install them in the correct places on the new unloader.

    • Before reinstalling the new unloader, reapply teflon tape and the appropriate color of thread locker.

    • Apply the thread seal tape in the opposite direction of the treads so that it doesn't unravel when you screw in the fitting. Wrap the tape around the fitting about five times.

    • Both of the plugs need red thread locker. Both of the nozzles and the fitting going into the bottom of the unloader need thread seal tape and blue thread locker.

Conclusion

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
