Introduction

Use this method to force restart your OnePlus Nord in case it hung up, got stuck in menus, or froze.

    • Simultaneously push and hold the volume up and the power button.

    • Make sure you hit the UP part of the volume rocker. The down part will initiate a factory reset.

    • Release both buttons when you see the OnePlus logo come up.

Finally - THAT worked!! Thanks. Other fixes from other sites tell you to press the “power off button”. Duh! Screen not responsive! Kudos for your research and answers.

I find charging port is too loose and does not connect with charging cord.. Battery charge runs out. What should I do?

Most of the time its because there is dust in the charging port that causes that. Gently try to clean that and it should be good as new.
