    • Download the Samsung Members app on the Play Store or the Galaxy Store

    • Select the Samsung Members app.

    • Select "Agree to all" to fill in the agreement checkmarks.

    • Select "Continue"

    • Select the "Diagnostics" tab near the top right of the screen.
