Repairing armhole gapes is a convenient way to prevent the clothing from looking weird and keeping the nice and fitted shape of the body. It can also help cover more.

    • Grab your measuring tape.

    • Measure from the middle of the breast to the under arm part.

    • Mark the middle of the breast and at the end where the under arm is. (Slide one and two)

    • Mark how big you want to close the gape. (Depends on how big your armhole gape is) (Slide three)

    • Mine was about 0.5 inches. (Slide three)

    • Connect both of the dots from the breast to the two dots you marked near the underarm.

    • Fold the second line you created and pin them to keep it coming from getting undone. (Slides two and three)

    • Sew across.

    • I used a straight sew stitch by hand (you can use a sewing machine and any stitch)

    • Lastly, cut the access off.

    • Then flip it inside out.

    • And your done!
