Take out the front metal grill.

By the side of the cover, there's a metal piece you have to flick open to get the front and back unlocked from each other.

Turn the knob to take out the blade cap.

Spin the knob counterclockwise. This way, you are loosening the knob.

Unscrew the plastic on the fan motor, and gently pull the slide open: There are four screws, proceed to taking off the plastic plates.

Apply machine oil onto the rusted parts.

Take the machine oil and make sure you apply the oil to the around fan rotor

Carefully place the plastic plate properly on the surface of the fan rotor.

Make sure the screws align with the holes on the fan motor, then proceed to screw.

Place back the fan rear grill, pick up the plastic grill nut.

fit in the hole and screw down the fan rear grill upon the fan motor.

Place the blade right back into the motor pin.

Take the blade, make sure the blade sit on the fan edges.

Pick up the front grille, ensure the grille aligns with the metal piece around the fan.

Then lock the metal piece, this way the front and the rear grilles are locked.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
