    • Pull the hose out of the top of the vacuum.

    • The hose is connected to the vacuum handle.

    • The bottom of the hose should come out when the top of the hose is pulled away from the vacuum.

The hose fell out of the the handle part and I cannot reattach it back. I've searched everywhere for an answer but I can't seem to re attach the hose to the handle. Any ideas?

I have the same issue I've had to resort to duck tape since the hose fell out and I've re attached it a few times but it makes this horrible high pitched noise. I'm very unhappy with this model, I also own the same vacuum but the removable canister version and hoover blade cordless vacuum. I xant find replacement hepa filters or the other filters. I've ordered 3 different ones threw canadian tire and none are fit even though canadian tire told me the filter would be the right one. All 3 times 🤨

Same issue here. Anyone find a solution? It appears that I could screw it back in, but cannot get it apart to do so

If trying to reconnect the hose to the handle. The curved slotted plastic piece where the hose enters the handle is removable. Squeeze and pop that piece out, but slide it onto the hose. It just gets in the way for reconnection. The hose has a spiral design. If you look in the handle you will see it's threaded. The hose will screw into the handle. It might take a bit to catch. Make sure you are turning the handle the correct direction. Once it is securely back attached, slide the curved slotted plastic piece (that you slide onto the hose after disconnecting) back into place and push it into place.

Should be good to go now.

what might my problem be? I will start vacuuming and the noise will change to an almost “air escaping” sound and it loses suction. It will make this sound when the filter is very dirty or when the bag is full.

Currently neither of these two things are applicable but it does it almost immediately after turning on. The sound change seems to be coming from the top of the main unit near the handle.
