Introduction

The HEPA Filter helps purify the air by removing the dust as it goes through the cyclonic separator in the vacuum. The HEPA filter may become clogged or dust may start escaping from the vacuum. Here is a guide to clean or replace your Hoover Presto 2-in-1 Cordless Stick Filter.

Step 1

Using your hands, gently pull the hand vacuum away from the stick vacuum to detach.

Step 2

Press the hand vacuum's gray release button located directly below the power button to release the dust container from the hand vacuum.
Gently pull off the dust container with your other hand.
