Introduction

The HP EliteBook x360 1030 G3 is a 2-in-1 laptop which means it can function as a tablet or computer. However, to function as a computer, it is essential to have a functioning touchpad.

The touchpad is the direct link to the screen from your keyboard and if it fails to work many applications of the computer may become harder. This guide details how to remove and replace the Touchpad element should it stop functioning. It is below the battery of the laptop and requires an ESD-safe Opening Tool to prevent any damage to the computer.
