Unlike the new fangled silicon-based variety, carbon-based gadgets have been popular for thousands of years, but equally, they need to be looked after to get the best possible service life.

    • Do not attempt to disassemble your carbon-based gadgets. Should this become necessary the task must be assigned to a qualified vet.

    • The Restart Project is well established in its campaigning role with the aim of reducing e-waste. We do this by encouraging people to repair their silicon-based gadgets so as to maximise their service life.
