If you determine that your vacuum is no longer picking up debris or it has been six months since the last HEPA filter replacement, this guide will help you to replace the filter to increase the suction.

    • Press the grey dust cup release button and gently pull the dust cup towards you.

    • Twist the exposed, black HEPA filter cover, found underneath the removed dust cup, to the left (counterclockwise) until it releases.

    • Pull the grey handle on the HEPA filter to remove the used HEPA filter.

    • Place new HEPA filter into holder.
