If you need to replace the battery in the Dell Latitude 7390, this guide demonstrates how to accomplish this task.
Before beginning this repair, be sure to turn off your laptop and unplug from the power adapter.

Orient your Dell Latitude 7390 laptop so that it is facing towards you as if you're going to open it.

Using your Phillips #1 screwdriver, remove the eight 6 mm screws around the border of the bottom panel.

Using an opening tool or picks, work your way around the periphery and pry the back case off.

Use the Phillips #1 screwdriver to remove the five 6 mm screws holding the battery in place along the edges of the battery.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order with your replacement battery.

Are there any videos for the 7390 with the smaller battery (42Wh) versus the larger one?
It would be super helpful if the laptop was named correctly as the "Latitude 7390 2-in-1" and if the title and introduction of this article also named it as such. That is the one shown here and for which ifixit guides exist. The Latitude 7390 is the non-convertible version, its inside is slightly different compared to the one shown here and so far no guides exist as far as I'm aware.
