    • Insert the 60 mm extension into the screw driver which has the t15 torx bit installed in order to make a t-handle grip.

    • Turn the screwdriver counter-clockwise to loosen all three screws in the disc pad.

    • Turn the disc pad over and remove the loosened screws.

    • When the screws are removed, the disc pad will come off of the sander.

    • Loosen and remove the three screws on the bottom of the sander that holds the disc pad to the bottom of the sander.

    • After the T20 torx bolts have been removed, remove the disc pad from the sander.

    • When the disc pad is removed, the brake is located directly under it. Remove the brake from the sander.
