Introduction
If the USB or headphone input is not working in your Cisco Meraki MC74-HW, use this guide to replace them. Here are the steps to fix the problem with a simple change of the inputs board. Once the back cover is fully detached from the device, a J00 screw bit and reverse tweezers are needed to replace the board.

Extend the stand as far away as possible from the device.

Remove all four 3 mm Hex 2 screws from the stand.

Insert a plastic spudger between the back housing cover and the sensor cover piece.

Work your way slowly around the edges of the device until all the clips have been unclipped.

Remove the three 2 mm screws holding the USB and headphone jack inputs board using a JIS #00 screwdriver.

Carefully lift the board until you have clear access to the electronic connector.

Disconnect the electronic connector on the board using a pair of reverse tweezers.

Carefully lift the board to remove it from the device.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
