Introduction

The motor in the machine starts, but nothing moves? The belt is probably torn, which you can get for a lot of money from BOSCH or, if you know what to look for, from other dealers directly.
Here are the instructions for replacing the belts.

    • Open 4 cross screws

    • Loosen some plastic latches

    • Simply "pull off" the knob while or before opening the housing

    • Loosen screw

    • Turn back the plastic-tensioner so that the gear seperates from the rest

    • Pull the black cap off the axle

    • Flip the longer belt over the pulley

    • Unscrew 3 screws to remove the plastic cover

    • Lever out the clamps to remove the axle and take out the belts

    • Remove the clutch / gearbox

    • Insert new belts with the axle

    • Tension the 3M belts and reassemble everything

    • The rotation of the 5M belt determines the running direction! Do it as in the picture, so that this is correct.
