Background
The Viewsonic gTablet UPC300-2.2 was first released in 2010. This device was one of first tablets made to run on Android.
The tablet runs Google Android 2.2 OS(Froyo), which is now very outdated. It also features a 1GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual-core processor, 512MB of RAM, and 16GB of internal storage. The device is equipped with both Wifi and Bluetooth connectivity.
The dimensions of the tablet are 10.5 inches wide by 6.8 inches high, with a depth of 0.54 inches. The device weighs 1.55 lbs. The only color available for this model is black.
Identification
It is easy to distinguish the gTablet from other tablets because gTablet is written on the back of the device within a white oval. Also below this oval is the company logo, ViewSonic. When holding the tablet, the size and weight feel similar to that of the original iPad.
