Background and Identification
Surgical Loupes are use attachments for surgeons to wear so that they can see what they’re doing up close. They are useful for a number of delicate, small surgical procedures. They are often custom made for surgeons, based on their eyesight and preferences. Loupes can be constructed one of two ways: through the lens, in which the magnification is built into the glasses lens, and flip-up, which have lenses that can be flipped up away from the glasses when they’re not in use.
