Supersonic tablets are manufactured by Supersonic Electronics, an American consumer electronics brand. Supersonic Electronics was founded in 1979 as a consumer audio and video electronics manufacturer. Supersonic entered the tablet market in 2012 with the SC-77TV model. Supersonic manufactures Android tablets, Windows tablets, and tablets specifically designed for children. Supersonic Electronics also produces portable and LCD televisions, MP3/MP4 video players, portable and compact DVD players, MP3 docking stations and speakers, digital photo frames, digital camcorders and still cameras, portable audio systems, and mobile accessories. Supersonic Android tablets include dual-core, octa-core, and quad-core devices. All Supersonic tablets support Micro SD-cards up to 32 GB. Some models include standard USB ports, though some models only include Micro or Mini USB ports. Most Supersonic tablets support file transfers, though only certain models support Bluetooth functions. Users can print wirelessly from their Supersonic tablets using the Supersonic ePrint application or Google Cloud Print.
Supersonic tablets generally include the Supersonic logo, which depicts the name “Supersonic” in capital letters with a curved line connecting the beginning and end of the word. Some models also include their model name on the back of the device.
