Background

The Nikon Coolpix 7900 was released in February of 2005. The 7900 was one of the few cameras at the time to have an In-Camera Red-Eye Fix capability. The full-metal casing increases the quality as well as the durability of the 7900.

Another special feature of the 7900 is that it has limited internal memory but also takes an SD memory card. It comes with a EN-EL5 rechargeable battery and an AC adapter.
