Background and Identification
The Nikon COOLPIX S3600 was released in January 2014. This camera is known for its slim and stylish compact design. The package contents include the camera strap, rechargeable Li-ion battery, charging AC adapter, USB cable, and software. A memory card is not included with the camera and must be purchased separately.
It is built with 20.1 megapixels and has an 8x optical zoom. The date/time and display language of the camera can be set by the user. Special scene modes include portrait (for taking photos of people), landscape, night modes, close-up, and backlighting. When using the scene modes, the camera settings are automatically optimized for the selected scene. Special effects such as super vivid, painting, selective color, and high/low key are also available to apply a special look to photos during shooting. The camera is also capable of taking 720p HD videos.
