Background

The Logitech G9x Laser is a programmable wired gaming mouse from Logitech, released in August of 2009. The top and sides both contain programmable buttons primarily used for gaming. There are interchangeable grips (Wide Load or Precision) on the sides of the mouse and customizable LED lights inside of the shell. There are also adjustable weight cartridges for customizing the weight of the mouse and for increasing or decreasing the mouse’s resistance and scroll speed. The mouse sits on top of polytetrafluoroethylene feet. It is possible to remove the outer plastic shell and the user interface with buttons to access the internal components of the mouse.

The G9x is almost identical to the regular G9, except for the DPI (dots per inch) resolution. It is also worth mentioning that this mouse is compatible with the Windows operating system.

The Logitech G9x Laser mouse was offered with a limited three year warranty.
