Background
The EDCO 50200HDB is a 10-inch concrete grinder that is designed for indoor surface grinding applications including garages, kitchens, basements, or patios. The machine grinds down concrete high spots, removes sealers and thin mil paints, removes mastics, and prepares floors to accept new coatings. The 50200HDB plugs into any standard 110-Volt electrical outlet.
Users can adjust the grinder’s height using a handwheel. It includes a Velcro dust shroud that prevents dust and can be readjusted according to the height of the accessory being used. It also comes with a bolted-on weight tray that helps the machine grind more effectively. The grinder also includes a multi-vac port for use with 2- or 3-inch vacuum hoses. The machine’s 10-inch grinder will grind approximately 200-250 square feet per hour at 1/32-inch.
The EDCO 50200HDB includes rubber wheels with a lifting eye for easier loading and unloading. It comes with a 25-foot power cord and an attached power cord hanger.
Identification
The grinder can be identified by its beige steel body and the name “EDCO” printed in white capital letters with a red background on the front of the grinder. It includes two rubber wheels and a T-shaped handle. The grinder’s electric motor is housed in a dark green casing and is placed on top of the machine’s main body.
