The ECHO Pro Attachment Series PAS-2620 is a gasoline-powered powerhead trimmer attachment that can be identified by serial numbers U00515001001 - U00515999999. It is also commonly called the ECHO X Series PAS-2620. The PAS-2620 model is compatible with multiple ECHO attachments for a variety of applications. The powerhead includes a quick-change coupler that is designed to make switching attachments easy. This tool is not recommended for use with curved shaft trimmer attachments.
The ECHO Pro Attachment Series PAS-2620 includes a two-stroke cycle engine and rubber-padded handles for vibration reduction. A lead-in design shaft coupler allows users to attach a variety of lower ends to the powerhead. ECHO recommends using a 50:1 ratio of fuel to oil mix for two-stroke cycle engines; the company recommends using only fresh gasoline with a minimum octane rating of 89 or higher (mid-grade to premium at all times. A 50:1 ratio is equal to one U.S. gallon of 89-octane plus and 2.6 fluid ounces of two-stroke engine oil mix. The tool includes a 20.6 fluid ounce fuel tank.
The ECHO Pro Attachment Series PAS-2620 includes a two-stage air filtration system that is designed to increase the tool’s cleaning capability and allows for longer maintenance intervals. The powerhead is compatible with 15 different attachments. The tool includes an orange powerhead with one black grate on either side of the head. The name “ECHO” is printed in capital letters on the front of the tool’s powerhead and on the tool’s long shaft.
