This specific type of Dell Latitude is a 3410. This line was a part of the xx10 models in 2020. The 3xxxx line are budget model versions of the Latitude, usually tailored to small businesses and education. They come in 13.3"/14"/15.6" trims.
The entry-level line was the 5 series. Now the 3 series of Dell Latitudes have replaced the 5 series as the budget line, while the 5 and 7 series are now the top of line Latitude models

The Dell Latitude 3410 has 5 ports on its left side: DC-in port, LED activity light, HDMI 1.4 port, USB 3.2 Gen 1 port with PowerShare, and USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port with DisplayPort 1.2 Alt mode / Power Delivery.
The right side has a MicroSD 3.0 card reader slot, Universal audio jack, USB 2.0 Type-A port, USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A port, Network port, and Wedge-shaped security slot.
The model number for a Dell Latitude 3410 laptop can be find in any of these locations: bottom cover, base, battery compartment, screen, keyboard trim, or palm rest.
