The Clarke Floor Polisher is a rotary sander that can be used to improve the quality of a floor surface using a rotating abrasive disk. It may also be known as the RS-16 HDTR model by the Clarke brand, although it does not appear on their website. This sander has an active model number 56382881. However, there is also an obsolete model number, which is 07167A.
Rotary sanders such as this one are usually used alongside an edge sander, which can be used to sand the more difficult to reach areas of a room.
