Background
The Bissell SmartClean 1605 is a small circular automatic vacuum cleaner. The SmartClean family of vacuum cleaners can be identified by the title "SMARTCLEAN" in black under the Bissell logo.
The SmartClean 1605 features three brushes and a decent suction to clean floors. It also attempts to stop before falling off stairs, and allows for the limiting of its work space. The SmartClean 1605 can be set to a schedule or it can be run manually at the owner's discretion.
Produced in 2015 by Bissell, the vacuum is no longer for sale by the manufacturer as it has been replaced by the newer 1974 model.
Identification
The SmartClean 1605 can be differentiated from other models by the serial code section on the back of the vacuum, where it will list "1605" as the first four numbers under the "Model" section of the tag.
