Volcanic Wasteland
The Volcanic Wasteland is covered with lava flows that periodically flood the area. Areas flooded with lava become inaccessible to both player and monsters, and Lava Lilies, the treasure of the land, cannot be collected when their tile is flooded with lava. Beware that you do not become trapped between multiple lava flows when traversing this land.
Lava Wolves are regular enemies native to this land; Salamanders are lizard-like creatures that cannot be killed directly, though they can be stunned and pushed. If pushed onto lava, they will get stunned for longer periods of time.
The Orb of Lava causes fire tiles to burst forth on heptagonal tiles surrounding each enemy on the screen, constraining their movements and slowing them down somewhat.
